Your QuestionCreated on 2009-03-10 10:11:17 with 4387 views. Q: Submitting a Helpdesk Ticket - PLEASE READ A: To submit a request for information or support from the Plug-In Profit Site Help Desk:
* Please fill out the "Create Ticket" form completely as directed.
* Once your support ticket is submitted, please write down the ticket number you've been assigned (This is very important!).
* If you do not receive an email confirmation that the ticket has been received and/or responded to, please come back to http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/helpdesk in 24 hours and enter the ticket number you were issued to check the status of your support ticket.
When writing down your ticket number, please be mindful of the difference between the letter "O" and the number "0" in your ticket number and be sure to write it down correctly.
As well, be sure, if you are copying and pasting, not to copy and paste any blank spaces before or after the number.
Many email programs block email with their spam filters and some people do not receive the emails they have requested. This is why we want you to write your ticket # down and come back and check the status of your ticket in 24 hours so you will receive our response.
Most support tickets will be responded to within 24 hours, but we do take Sundays off so please factor in more than 24 hours if you are submitting your ticket on Saturday night or Sunday.
